We have a rigorous 5 step recruitment process, where we assess each applicant on both their service quality and the customer experience they provide. Our standards are high - only 4% of applicants who attend a trade test session with us ever start working on the platform. All of our professionals are fully qualified, insured and have passed a background check.
Whilst we have a high bar to start working on the platform, we also continually monitor the quality of our professionals - using customer feedback, mystery shops and quality checks - to ensure we deliver a consistent 5* service each and every booking.
