What is your cancellation and amendment policy?

During this period of increased demand, we're operating a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy.

Cancelling or amending a booking more than 48 hours ahead of the start time

If you cancel a booking with more than 48 hours notice ahead of the appointment start time you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank provider.

If you wish to amend the date, time or location of your booking with more than 48 hours notice ahead of the appointment start time, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to do this for you.

Cancelling or amending a booking less than 48 hours ahead of the start time

If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment. 

If you wish to amend the date, time or location of your booking within 48 hours of the appointment start time, please contact our Customer Service team. If we are able to accommodate your request, there is no fee to do so. Unfortunately if we are unable to, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

Cancelling or amending a booking less than 12 hours ahead of the start time

 If you cancel or wish to amend the date, time or location of your booking within 12 hours of the appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment. 

Cancellation policy due to Coronavirus (Covid-19)

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we will waive cancellation fees if you cancel a booking less than 48 hours ahead of the start time due to symptoms of Covid-19. Beauty professionals have also been advised to reschedule any bookings if they are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our Customer Service team on 0207-197-2477 and the team will be able to assist you. We ask that if you are showing symptoms or if you are concerned you have the Coronavirus (Covid-19) to not book any further appointments for the time that you are self isolating.

'Cool off' period for short notice bookings

Please note we operate a 30 minute 'cool off' period for short notice bookings (i.e. appointment start time is within 48 hours) whereby you can cancel your appointment for a full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of making your booking. Once the 30 minutes has passed, if you cancel your booking and the appointment start time is within 48 hours you will not receive a refund.
