We operate a 12 hour cancellation and amendment policy
If you cancel a booking more than 12 hours ahead of the start time you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank provider.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
How to cancel your booking
Please download the blow LTD App and login. Click 'Bookings', select 'More info' and from here you will be able to cancel your booking.
'Cool off' period for short notice bookings
Please note we operate a 30 minute 'cool off' period for short notice bookings (i.e. appointment start time is within 12 hours) whereby you can cancel your appointment for a full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of making your booking. Once the 30 minutes has passed, if you cancel your booking and the appointment start time is within 12 hours you will not receive a refund.
'Amendments' to your booking (Covid-19)
Due to the current relaxations of the rules regarding Covid 19 and self isolation, in line with the government guidelines we have made some changes to our Cancellation policy. If you have tested positive for Covid 19 and you have a booking with us, please reach out to our customer service team who would be more than happy to amend your current booking in line with the current isolation guidelines. If you are still testing positive after the 5 day period please get in touch and we would be more than happy to amend this further - Alternatively you can download our mobile app (blow LTD beauty at home on the App Store (apple.com) and make an amendment to your booking free of charge within 12 hours.
Any amendments to your booking with a positive covid test will not be charged. Going forward you will not be able to cancel your booking due to covid, any cancellation of your booking you will be charged the full RRP to cover our beauty professional costs.
