We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking with over 12 hours notice you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank provider. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
This also applies for any last minute (within 12 hours) changes to the time or location of the booking, as your professional will have already set the time aside in their schedule for your booking. In this instance, please contact our Customer Service team - we can contact your professional and see if they can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if they are not able to, you will still be charged the full price of your appointment.
'Cool off' period for short notice bookings
Please note we operate a 30 minute 'cool off' period for short notice bookings (i.e. appointment start time is within 12 hours) whereby you can cancel your appointment for a full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of making your booking. Once the 30 minutes has passed, if you cancel your booking and the appointment start time is within 12 hours you will not receive a refund.
The majority of our freelance beauty professionals work solely for blow LTD - and our work is often their only source of income. Our cancellation policy exists to ensure last-minute changes to bookings do not have a detrimental effect on their earnings and livelihood.
