Why can't I rebook my favourite pro through the app?

If you've had bookings with us at more than one location, it could be that your favourite professional doesn't serve the post code you're trying to book for. It could also be that you haven't yet rated your favourite professional 5* on the App. Once rated 5*, your professional should show in your Rebook area within your App.
