When you make a booking, we receive an initial booking request and pre-authorise your card for the booking total. This means we hold the funds but do not charge them i.e. the funds available in your account will decrease but the money will not be charged yet. Once a blow LTD professional accepts and confirms your booking, we then charge the card the pre-authorised amount.
If you make a booking request and we are unable to find a stylist to confirm your booking we will cancel the booking and your card will not be charged, instead the pre-authorised amount will be released back to you.
