What is a Pregnancy Massage?

A pregnancy massage is designed to help relieve common prenatal symptoms, such as water retention, swollen joints and lower leg and back stress. It's similar to a Swedish massage but adapted to suit both you and baby.

Your therapist is insured and specially trained to perform pregnancy massage so will tailor your at home massage to the areas you need it most, using long, slow strokes to stimulate the blood circulation and relieve any areas of tension.

This pregnancy massage is performed while you lie on your side and is suitable if you are in your second or third trimester, but not in your first trimester or have a history of miscarriage or high-risk pregnancy.
