I am feeling unwell and showing symptoms of the Coronavirus (covid-19), can I cancel my appointment?

Due to the current relaxations of the rules regarding Covid 19 and self isolation, in line with the government guidelines we have made some changes to our Cancellation policy. If you have tested positive for Covid 19 and you have a booking with us, please reach out to our customer service team who would be more than happy to amend your current booking in line with the current isolation guidelines. If you are still testing positive after the 5 day period please get in touch and we would be more than happy to amend this further - Alternatively you can download our mobile app (blow LTD beauty at home on the App Store (apple.com) and make an amendment to your booking free of charge within 24 hours. 

Any amendments to your booking with a positive covid test will not be charged. Going forward you will not be able to cancel your booking due to covid, any cancellation of your booking you will be charged the full RRP to cover our beauty professional costs.
