How do I change the date or time of my booking?

You can amend the date or time of your booking using the blow LTD app (available on iOS or Android) up to 24 hours ahead of your booking start time.

Simply click on ‘Bookings’, select your upcoming booking, click ‘More info’ and here you will see a button to reschedule. Follow the steps to choose a new date or time. 

Once your booking has been amended, you will receive an email as soon as your new date or time has been confirmed with a professional.

    but no confirmation on there


    want to cancel appointment 3rd december

    you sent me text that staff wasnt allocated , and aftyer few hours you changed time and found someone

    i m not happy with service at all
