What is pre authorisation?

Until we confirm your booking with one of our beauty professionals, the full amount for the service is put on 'hold' by the payment provider. If we are unable to confirm your booking or your booking is cancelled (within our cancellation policy guidelines), the funds will be released back to you within 3-5 working days.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, the amount that is held will be captured by our payment provider.
